How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in and navigating to MY ACCOUNT/ORDER HISTORY or by visiting the Check Order Status page to view your order status.
How do I track my package?
You can easily track your package by logging in and navigating to My ACCOUNT/ORDER HISTORY or by visiting the Check Order Status page to view order details. Select tracking number to view up to date tracking status via FedEx.
Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?
Once your order is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We are committed to offering high-quality, scientifically proven products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase. All returns must be authorized through Customer Service and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
AllēSM points that have been redeemed will not be reimbursed for returns.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service (855) 754-6700 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central, Monday – Friday. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization form that must be included with your return. Shipping charges for returned products will be waived on all approved returns.
Use the pre-paid FedEx shipping label and drop off your package at any FedEx location.

Can I return products in-office?
In order to ensure prompt processing of your return, please contact Customer Service (855) 754-6700 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central, Monday – Friday to initiate a return.
When do I get my refund after I have returned an item?
If applicable, refunds will be provided once your product return has been received and process. Refunds will be applied to the original payment card and may take up to 14 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
How are your shipping charges calculated?
All orders receive free 2 day shipping. When available, you may expedite your order to ship next day for an additional charge.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
No. At this time, products can only be shipped within the United States.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed by 3:00 PM CT Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT Monday - Friday will be shipped the following business day.
